Refund Policy

Products offered by MP4REMIX.COM are primarily digital and are delivered electronically. Because digital files and access cannot be physically returned, purchases become final when the content or service is made available to your account.

No refunds will be provided after:

• A video, audio file or other digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
• Credits have been added or assigned to a user account.
• A membership, subscription or premium feature has been activated.
• The purchased service has started or has been used in any way.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, fails to use the purchased service or is dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to a verified technical failure by MP4REMIX.COM.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, format, compatibility, membership conditions and credit amount before completing a payment.

Cancelling a membership or subscription prevents future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unused credits, account inactivity or early cancellation.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. Customers must first contact our support team and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.

When possible, MP4REMIX.COM may restore access, replace a corrupted file, correct an account balance or provide another technical solution.

Problems caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, browser, software, storage, account credentials or unsupported third-party systems are not refundable.

MP4REMIX.COM may review a payment when there is evidence of a duplicate charge, an incorrect payment amount, an unauthorized transaction or a failure to provide the purchased content.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each case will be evaluated using account records, payment processor information, access logs and the requirements of applicable law.

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with a bank, card provider or payment platform, customers should contact MP4REMIX.COM support so the transaction can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in the suspension of the associated account, cancellation of access and removal of unused credits, subject to applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information and accept this Refund Policy.

You expressly request the immediate supply of the purchased digital content or service and acknowledge that, once delivery or access begins, you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply.
